The challenge
Frequent breakdowns in older lifts were affecting senior residents. The society needed replacements without leaving any tower without lift access.
Our solution
We replaced one car per tower at a time, ensuring a working lift was always available, and installed machine-room-less units with automatic rescue devices.
Resident safety and convenience guided every decision. Notices, schedules and a dedicated helpdesk kept the community informed throughout the work.
